We provide market value appraisals for a variety of evaluation purposes such as purchases/sales and mortgage lending valuations in the context of bank financing. Consulting in Spanish is possible as well.


Expert advice is often of great use before making a purchase decision. We can support you by carrying out an on-site inspection of the property to assess the building and its basic structure. Recognizable building defects can therefore already be detected before the acquisition, as there will of course be a cost attached to repairing any building faults. In this way, costly mistakes can be avoided.
